Damian will explain everything from understanding strategy, customer segmentation and targeting, developing your creative concepts, and creating a media mix that is right to meet your business objectives.
About Damian Damjanovski
Damian has an extensive history working with brands, startups and agencies in the technology, communications and innovation space. Using experimentations and lean methodology Damian has driven strategies to solve business problems and create original ideas, campaigns, and products. Damian has developed effective strategic approaches across a broad range of businesses, from established multinational brands (Samsung, Coca-Cola, QANTAS, American Express, Fujifilm, KFC), to government agencies (Dept Health and Ageing, Dept of Transport, Department of Defence), and startups ranging from pre seed (Doctus, Brewquets, Projo) to fully funded (eWallet, Tyro, Aussie Farmers Direct, Get Wines Direct). Having launched and successfully exited multiple businesses, Damian now consults with a select group of startups and brands across his specialties of strategy, communications, and product management as well as lecturing through industry bodies.
